Message from Chairman of Executive Committee
The Company has expanded its investment into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enhance the resilience of its business value chain and diversify geopolitical risks, in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to develop its domestic automotive industry. This move positions the Company as a first mover in the region, strengthening Thailand’s automotive value chain on the global stage and supporting the Company’s international growth ambitions under its corporate vision. The decision aims to create cost advantages, access new markets, and improve long-term competitiveness, while being integrated into the Enterprise Risk Management system to drive stable and sustainable growth across the entire business value chain.
In the past year, the Sustainability Index was 2.39, reflecting the Company’s overall sustainability performance compared to the base year of 2016 (index = 1.0). This progress demonstrates the Company’s enhanced ability to generate economic value relative to its greenhouse gas emissions and serves as a key indicator in assessing its climate change performance. Total revenue was THB 2,435.51 million, representing an increase of 0.62%, while net profit was THB 301.66 million, representing a decrease of 7.76% compared to 2025. The Company remains committed to achieving business growth while reducing environmental impact. This is reflected in revenue from low-carbon products amounting to THB 1,426 million, and strong human capital productivity, with revenue generation capacity of no less than THB 4.36 million per employee per year.

This commitment is driven by the development of new technologies and innovations to enhance capabilities in advancing economic, social, and environmental outcomes across the value chain. It also leads to the creation of business opportunities that respond to societal needs while sustainably reducing environmental impacts amid the challenges of achieving Net Zero by 2040 in line with science-based standards (SBTi), and supporting Carbon Neutrality by 2035. The Company advances these goals through collaboration with stakeholders across the value chain, driving decarbonization in parallel with business operations aligned with the Circular Economy Management System Standard (CEMS. 2 Part 2-2021).
